  • Feature match receives 25 percent weight.
  • Verified post-switch outcome signals can apply a small bounded adjustment once enough surveys are collected.
  • Affiliate status does not affect ranking order.

Trust layer

  • Each recommendation explains 3 to 5 reasons in plain language.
  • Users see savings, coverage confidence, porting difficulty, and recommendation confidence.
  • Carrier satisfaction claims are hidden until the sample-size threshold is met.
  • Audit trails store scoring inputs for explainability.
