Most carrier switch programs require that your phone has been on a financing plan for at least 90 days before you port. If your current phone doesn't qualify, the path forward is: buy a qualifying phone, activate it on a plan from any of the carriers below, wait 90 days, then port to T-Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon and submit your reimbursement claim.
